Capital Carpet Care was started and established in the year 2000, as an offshoot of our primary business Capital Carpets Inc., which specializes in the sales and installation of floor covering to the builder market. Capital Carpets Inc. has been serving this market for the past 36 years. Our builder clients had been asking us for some time to provide cleaning and water damage restoration services.
We entered the business with a single minded purpose: to be a low cost provider of carpet cleaning and restoration services to the builder and insurance industries. Our 36 years in the flooring business have taught us how to bring efficiency to the trade, and still provide quality services. While most cleaning and restoration firms use their certifications as a means to inflate their billings we have taken a different approach. Our technicians are certified in all relevant areas only as a means to assure our clients that they are receiving the best possible services, not as a tool for increased billings. We look to develop long-term client relationships based on assurances that you will receive the highest level of service and the most competitive prices. We currently provide cleaning and restoration services to property management firms and some of the largest builders in the country.
